I am so grateful that every wedding I photograph is completely unique! This wedding was a breath of fresh air; so non-traditional and intimate…such a sweet and special day! Just like our first shoot together!  Melissa & Scott had an intimate ceremony under a giant tree at the gorgeous Adamson House in Malibu. They whispered their vows quietly to one another with only their close family gathered around. There was no microphone, no bridal party, no public announcement…just Melissa & Scott softly declaring their love to one another. I have no idea exactly what they said, but it was an intense and beautiful exchange! It didn’t matter who else was there, they were there totally and completely just for each other. After the ceremony, buses unloaded their friends to celebrate their love with an amazing evening. This day was such an honest reflection of their special union- stylish, sophisticated and such sweet love. Congratulation Melissa & Scott! Thank you for letting me be a part of such a special day! xox

Meet Serena and Rob! These two are incredible…fun, authentic and completely in love! We had such a great afternoon together exploring Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills, and the Griffith Observatory.  I’m counting the days til their upcoming wedding at the Beverly Hills Hotel…it’s going to be an amazing day!

My very first meeting with Hope was over a nice glass of red wine together via Skype, Hope in Australia and me here in the States. From the first time we chatted thousands of miles apart, I knew this wedding was going to be special. Hope & Nick had a beautiful ceremony at Saint Martin Catholic Church in Brentwood, California followed by an elegant, super fun reception at Casa del Mar in Santa Monica.  They were surrounded by such incredible family and friends many who had traveled from Australia to support this beautiful couple. I loved how close they were with their families…Hope’s sister walked her down the aisle. And she carried her father’s rosary to keep him close. Hope & Nick, thanks so much for allowing me to be a part of such an amazing day!  I can’t wait to come to Australia…and maybe photograph a little Aussie baby:)

Sometimes I have clients who live their life in the public eye and want to keep their wedding images private.  With high profile clients I am grateful when I can at least share some of the beautiful details of their wedding. This lovely couple, who will remain anonymous, flew in from New York City for an intimate affair among just family & close friends at the famous Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood. It was an amazing day filled with love, laughter, incredible music and beautiful Jewish traditions, as these two committed their lives to each other. Here’s a few of my favorites…that I can share:)

I had so much fun spending the day with Mariana & Chris. What I love most about these two is how much they adore each other. They were so sweet and affectionate together…it was almost as if I wasn’t even there. That’s when the magic happens. Mariana also just happens to have the most incredible, infectious smile! I actually found myself smiling going through their images. Here’s a little sneak of our recent Los Angeles engagement. I’m so excited for their upcoming Summer wedding at Saint Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral. One thing I know for sure…there’ll be plenty of love and laughter to go around!

Meet the wonderful Kristen & Adam! I had so much fun with these two exploring the hills and beaches of Malibu during their engagement shoot. They are so easygoing, laugh easily and truly enjoy being together. I felt like I was hanging out with old friends for the day, and  it made me even more excited for their upcoming Palm Springs wedding at the gorgeous Korakia Pensione! Michelle and Jon are the kind of couple you meet and smile because they fit together so brilliantly. They had such a beautiful outdoor wedding at the  gorgeous Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu. Michelle’s dad twirled her as he escorted her down the aisle, while Jon fought back his tears.  That pretty much sums up the tone of the entire day…so many sweet moments surrounded by a lot of fun! Congratulations Michelle & Jon, I’m honored to have been a part of such an amazing day!
